The aim of the Friends of Ford Park Cemetery is to bring together all who know and love the cemetery and who wish to promote its interests and ensure its long term survival. 

The Friends work closely with the Trust to help organise and run various events including guided walks, exhibitions, concerts and group visits. The Friends lay on refreshments, often home-made cakes, as part of our hospitality. 

These events are an important activity to raise funds for the charitable trust which owns and manages the cemetery and to raise awareness about the achievements and community opportunities to enjoy what Ford Park Cemetery offers in terms of the landscape, open space and heritage value.

The Friends are like-minded people who share a love of the cemetery and do their bit to ensure that this special place continues to thrive.
